Hassle-Free Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, with no damage or alterations. Please include any original packaging or accessories provided at the time of purchase, if applicable. -
Returning the Artwork
The cost of shipping the artwork back is the buyer’s responsibility. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the piece arrives safely.
When returning an artwork, please use protective packaging similar to how it was received to prevent any damage during transit. -
Refund Process
Once I receive the returned artwork and confirm it’s in its original state, I’ll process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, I cannot process refunds for artwork that is damaged during return shipping, so proper packaging is essential. -
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that digital files, custom or commissioned artwork are non-refundable, as these pieces are made especially for you. -
