Thank you for supporting my artwork! Your satisfaction means the world to me, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

  1. Hassle-Free Returns
    If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, with no damage or alterations. Please include any original packaging or accessories provided at the time of purchase, if applicable.

  2. Returning the Artwork
    The cost of shipping the artwork back is the buyer’s responsibility. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the piece arrives safely.
    When returning an artwork, please use protective packaging similar to how it was received to prevent any damage during transit.

  3. Refund Process
    Once I receive the returned artwork and confirm it’s in its original state, I’ll process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, I cannot process refunds for artwork that is damaged during return shipping, so proper packaging is essential.

  4. Non-Refundable Items
    Please note that digital files, custom or commissioned artwork are non-refundable, as these pieces are made especially for you.
